Location: New Providence, PA

Problem

The New providence Community wanted to reduce funding needed to power the municipal building by adding wind energy .

Green IT: Utility Bill Management

District of Columbia Department of Real Estate Services
This project provides support for utility bill management and processing. In addition, BITH provided user training and engineering support for performance contracting, LEED certification and EPA benchmarking.

DHCD wanted to manage, document and report on weatherization and energy auditoring initiatives for the state of Maryland.

  • Implemented/installed energy management software for the state of Maryland
  • Trained 22 State agencies on energy auditing documentation and WAP priority calculations
  • Integrated historical data with new systems to accurately asses new data entry
  • Created a monitoring system for job creation, job status, and reporting
