In 2005, as a result of our internal strategic planning, BITHGROUP realized that there was a coming energy shortage. We began laying the ground work to establish BITHENERGY. In 2007, we were awarded a contract to process and manage the utility bills for the State of Maryland. In 2008, we won a contract for energy engineering services for the State of Virginia. Also in 2008 we became an EPA Energy Star partner. In addition, we became a Channel Partner for Good Steward Software to use and market ENERGYCAP the leading energy management software. All of these contracts and initiatives put BITHENERGY on a solid foundation for growth. |
