Our tracking solution operates on a password-secured web-based portal which can be customized with comprehensive information about each location within your organization. Our personnel perform refined audits on each invoice to insure the accuracy of the bill data and also to ensure timely payment of the bill, thereby saving you money on late fees and also enabling you to take advantage of any discounts that may be available through your utility supplier.

We offer three options for Utility Data Analysis:

• Automated Data Capture/Analysis with Bill Remittance

Utility bills are re-directed from individual client locations or other payment processing centers and sent to our headquarters for data capture and payment. Payment of bills is made to the utility upon receipt of guaranteed funds from client.

• Automated Data Capture With Client Payment File for Utility Remittance

Utility bills are redirected from individual client locations or other payment processing centers and sent to our corporate office for data capture. A remittance file is made available  to the client for payment to utilities.

• Post-Client Payment Automated Data Capture/Analysis

Client first pays all utility and utility-related costs, sending copies either electronically or physically to the headquarters for data capture.
